A bright new look
My favorite beautician, Philadelphia- born Erica Jungreis, owner of the Tel Aviv beauty boutique Kisu on Dizengoff Street, offers a whole new way of glamming up for a special night – Essential Treatment by French cosmetics brand Yon-ka. The new treatment combines aromatic herbal ingredients mixed with oils of lavender, geranium, rosemary, thyme and more, as well as biological essences and fruit acids. The treatment includes cleansing; double peeling with alpha and beta-hydroxyl acids to remove dead skin cells and promote regenerating processes of the epidermis; a mask to lighten pigment and imperfection spots; a relaxing deep massage of face and neck; and hydration.
After the treatment, the skin looks radiant and feels rejuvenated.
NIS 450 for a 60- to 75-minute treatment by Jungreis. A shorter treatment is available for NIS 280.

A new beauty bar in the Dizengoff Center in Tel Aviv offers express eyebrow shaping and facial hair removal, as well as express makeup. The bar, the first of what will soon be a chain of brow bars in shopping malls across the country, was an initiative of two women who identified a need for a quick solution for women with a tight schedule who want to stay well groomed but need to be spontaneous. Although located on the shopping-mall concourse and not inside a shop, the premises are designed to provide privacy, and the professional staff provides quick and excellent service to already returning clients. The shaping of the brows is done according to one’s features, and recovering procedures are offered for mistreated brows. The hair removal is done with silk threads, leaving the skin calm and relaxed.
The makeup express for those on the way to a date or a party is done by professional makeup artists. The beauty bar also offers excellent and moderately priced makeup items manufactured for TWO in Israel. Prices are NIS 45 for five-minute eyebrow shaping and NIS 99 for professional makeup. For full details, go to www.facebook.com/2browbar or drop by TWO in the Dizengoff Center, Building A, first floor.
