The Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance is hosting a tribute to conductor Mendy Rodan on the 30th anniversary of his death. Rodan was the head of the academy, taught there and served on its board until he fell ill. He taught many musicians, some of whom became well known, like Uri Segal, Yoel Levi and Asher Fisch. During the tribute on June 9, speeches will be made in Rodan's memory and compositions will be played.
