The meats are New York style, the fish Dutch and the bread Moroccan. Fleischman Deli – Sandwich Bar is a great place for a quick lunch or supper. Owner Gilad Fleischman learned his trade from his father, who immigrated to Israel from Rumania, bringing with him the knowledge of preparing corned beef and other cold cuts, passed down from father to son over many generations. Get the perfect corned beef, shredded beef, smoked salmon or herring sandwich, made with fresh bread baked on the premises, with great fries and the best relishes.

Humous on Shenkin
Medamas, a new humous place located in the middle of Tel Aviv’s trendy Shenkin Street, serves fresh, kosher humous made on the premises.
There are a few variations, great fries, gluten-free and whole wheat pita, as well as other dishes such as felafel, salads, soups and shakshuka. The place is clean, bright and provides a great vantage point for people-watching. Prices are reasonable, ranging from NIS 26 for humous to NIS 48 for a tapasstyle meal for two.
