Lauren Izso is a breaking news editor, JPost TV reporter at The Jerusalem Post, and occasional contributing writer for arts and lifestyle. She is currently taking a gap year from her studies in journalism at Toronto's Ryerson University.

Although she grew up heavily involved in local theater arts, Lauren decided to channel her talent into a different kind of storytelling; stories of real people and real life.

She is a Canadian at heart, but Lauren is quickly becoming accustomed to the Israeli culture and way of life.
