14 haredim arrested in demonstration against Ramat Beit Shemesh construction

Some 100 haredi protesters demonstrated at a building site in Ramat Beit Shemesh on Monday, claiming that the construction activity was upsetting Jewish graves.

Police detained 13 protesters for disturbing the peace and an additional demonstrator for allegedly attacking an officer.

Following the arrests, protesters blocked the street and set a trash bin on fire.
