19-year-old suffers serious head wound in Ashkelon brawl

A 19-year-old man suffered a serious head wound in a brawl outside of the Lev mall in Ashkelon overnight Thursday.

MDA paramedics transported the injured youth to Barzilai Medical Center in the city.
