3.5 earthquake hits north of Dead Sea; no injuries, damage

An earthquake that measured 3.5 on the Richter scale with an epicenter just north of the Dead Sea occurred on Wednesday at approximately 7:00 am, according to the Geophysical Institute of Israel's Seismology Department.

No injuries or damage were reported in the earthquake.
