Israel is still undecided on whether or not to strike Iran's nuclear facilities, Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas said on Saturday.

"If Israel does attack, it won't be able to do it alone," he added.

In an interview with Canada's CBC, the PA president also said that he does not intend to publish a memoir after his retirement as its content would be embarrassing for many Arab leaders.
