Afghanistan: Roadside bomb kills 15 civilians

KABUL, Afghanistan — The governor's office in southern Afghanistan's Helmand province says a roadside bomb has killed 15 civilians.

The office released a statement Saturday and said the attack happened Friday afternoon in the remote Khan Neshin district of Helmand province. The victims were in a vehicle that drove over the bomb, detonating it.
