TEHERAN — The Israeli raid on the Gaza-bound flotilla off Gaza's shores was "barbaric", Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said, calling for dismantling of “the Zionist regime,”

Ahmadinejad was speaking to a crowd of tens of thousands, many of them chanting anti-Israeli slogans, gathered on Friday at the shrine of Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini for a ceremony marking the 21st anniversary of his death, and.

He dedicated much of his speech to blasting the Iranian opposition for straying from the path of the founder of the Islamic Revolution, hinting they were cooperating with Iran’s worst enemies and would not be forgiven by the people.
