Amos Gilad: Israel, US agree that Iran seeking nukes

Defense Ministry Diplomatic-Security Bureau Head Amos Gilad Maj.-Gen. (res.)  said on Thursday that there is no disagreement between Israel and the US that Iran is trying to obtain a nuclear weapon, during an interview on Israel Radio.

He also added that the two nations agree that Iran has the capacity to produce atomic weapons.

Gilad said that all of the Western intelligence services agree that if Iran gets nuclear weapons it will destabilize the region.
