Band of 3 kidnappers who demanded $3.5 million caught

A band of three kidnappers was arrested in the last few days, Jerusalem District Police announced on Sunday.

The three Jewish men kidnapped a prominent Jerusalem businesswoman and her housekeeper from the businesswoman's home in Jerusalem about a week and a half ago, and held them for ransom. Holding them in a Petach Tikva apartment for three days.

The two women were rescued unharmed from their kidnappers.

The kidnappers have been remanded in custody for 10 days.
