Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas's decision not to run for re-election is not a political stunt, but rather a result of "deep frustration," Quartet envoy Tony Blair told Army Radio Tuesday morning. Such a deal would also weaken Hamas's popularity in the Gaza Strip, he added.
