Bombing rocks Tripoli after quiet day

TRIPOLI - A loud blast rocked central Tripoli on Wednesday evening and aircraft flew above the Libyan capital, resuming NATO strikes after a quiet day that followed the heaviest day of bombing since strikes began in March.

Tuesday had seen hours of relentless bombing, but the bombing had stopped in the early hours of Wednesday morning.
