Border Police on Thursday carried the last family out of the Ulpana outpost in the West Bank.

Yoel and Yiska Fatal had refused to leave their apartment of their own volition as the other 32 families living in the five stone buildings on the outskirts of the Beit El settlement had. 15 families peacefully evacuated the outpost on Tuesday, and an additional 17 left earlier on Thursday.

Border Police were also attempting to remove a group of hilltop youth who forced themselves into one of the apartment buildings.
