ISLAMABAD - US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton said on Friday that both Pakistan and the United States had more work to be done to fight Islamist militancy, saying their relations had reached a turning point.

Clinton's fleeting visit to Islamabad came amidst tense ties between the two allies over the killing of Osama bin Laden in Pakistan by US forces this month.
