Supreme Court President Dorit Beinish rejected a petition by residents of Ajami against the Israel Lands Authority's (ILA) decision to allocate land to the Emunah movement, which markets apartments to the national-religious sector.

Beinish said that the appeal is theoretical because land has already been granted to Emunah, and added that in the future such tenders will include guidelines forbidding discrimination in the sale of housing.
