The Doctors' Union opposes turning to arbitration in its ongoing conflict with the Finance Ministry, preferring to continue negotiations, union representative Attorney Orna Lyn said on Sunday. A previous round of arbitration, she said, "left doctors scarred," Army Radio reported.

The National Labor Court Sunday evening was discussing a request by the state to end sanctions put in place by doctors.
