Egypt's says presidential vote before year-end

CAIRO - Egypt will hold presidential elections one or two months after a parliamentary vote scheduled for September, a member of the country's ruling military council said on Wednesday.

Mahmoud Shaheen, member of the military council, said at a news conference presidential elections would happen "in a month or two" after the parliamentary vote.
