Ex-minister Bar-On backs Olmert in Holyland case 'lynching'

Former finance minister Ronnie Bar-On (Kadima) came to the defense of ex-prime minister Ehud Olmert on Thursday after allegations surfaced of the latter’s involvement in the Holyland real estate bribery affair.

“I really hope the court sees that everything that has happened over the last few days has been nothing but a public lynching,” said Bar-On, Army Radio reported.
