Right-wing settlers and the economic Right will control the new government, said Meretz leader Zahava Gal-On, speaking before the 33rd government at the Knesset on Monday.

"The big winners are the settlement enterprise and the settlers, who took over centers of economic power and real estate in the government, and will continue to transfer funds across the Green Line," she said.

"The new government will not make peace, will not reduce social gaps and will not take care of the equality of the burden for al citizens. The next government will actually do a lot of settlers and very little for the rest of the Israeli public,' she added. "In [Prime Minister Binyamin] Netanyahu's government it's haredim out, settlers in."
