Anonymous, a computer hacking group known for several  high-profile attacks, have broken into the Iranian government server and stolen thousands of emails.

Anonymous has attacked Iranian site several times in the past. Following the 2009 disputed reelection of Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, the group launched a DDos (Distributed Denial of Service) campaign against the country's government.

The two-year anniversary of that election, the the subsequent protests, is June 12.
