Hostel owners in South arrested for cheating homeless

The owners of four hostels in the Ashdod and Ashkelon areas were arrested on Monday on suspicion of cheating homeless people who stayed in their hostels.

The government paid the hostels to provide temporary accommodation for the homeless, but despite this, they charged homeless people a fee.
