Hundreds of haredi protestors gathered at the Carta parking lot opposite Jerusalem's Old City on Saturday and were trying to block cars from entering the compound. Police forces at the scene managed to keep the road open to traffic. Meanwhile, police were holding back some 200 protesters who arrived at the junction of Rehov Shivtei Yisrael and Rehov Hanevi'im and tried to march towards the parking lot.
