ICC prosecutor seeks 3 arrest warrants on Libya

AMSTERDAM - The International Criminal Court prosecutor said on Wednesday he would request three arrest warrants for his investigation into Libya's violent crackdown on pro-democracy demonstrators.

ICC prosecutor Luis Moreno-Ocampo, who was addressing the UN Security Council about his investigation on Wednesday, said he will request the warrants in a few weeks' time for crimes against humanity committed in Libya since Feb. 15.
