Israel Employment Service workers were heading back to their posts on Monday morning after a month-long strike came to an end.

According to an agreement reached with the Finance Ministry, the employees will get pay increases and one-time bonuses in exchange for their support for Israel's flagship welfare-to-work program - often known by its nickname, the Wisconsin Plan.
