J'lem planning c'tee decides to freeze 'Holyland' building

The Jerusalem District Planning Committee decided on Tuesday to freeze any additional building at the "Holyland" site in the city, in accordance with recommendations by Attorney-General Yehuda Weinstein.

The committee decided not to freeze other construction projects on the site that had already been approved.
