Jordanian king: Peace process going through 'dark tunnel'

The Middle East peace process is going "through a dark tunnel," Jordanian newspaper The Jordan Times cited Jordan's King Abdullah as saying Tuesday.

Speaking at a press conference in Kuwait, King Abdullah said that "tension, violence, insecurity and instability will continue to prevail in the region" if no permanent solution is found, and a Palestinian state within the pre-1967 borders is established.
