'Libya unrest costs Russia $4 bln in arms deals'

MOSCOW - Russia stands to lose $4 billion in arms deals due to unrest in Libya, the Interfax news agency cited Sergei Chemezov, head of the state holding company that controls arms exports, as saying on Thursday.
