Likud Beytenu on Monday said they "insist" on retaining the Education portfolio during talks with their potential coalition partners.

"Likud insists on keeping the Education portfolio. The ministry, headed by Gideon Sa'ar, has made great progress in the past four years. The prime minister is interested in continuing the success of Israeli students, as proved by their scores in international testing," one source said.
