Likud Minister Gilad Erdan attacked Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas on Saturday, calling him a "Hamas member in disguise," Israel Radio reported.
Speaking at a cultural event in Ramat Gan, Erdan criticized Abbas for praising Hamas after it fired missiles at civilians, encouraging incitement in the Palestinian Authority and pushing unilateral initiatives in the international arena.
Erdan was quoted by Israel Radio as saying of Abbas, "At least his predecessor. [Yasser] Arafat wore a uniform, rather than a business suit."
