Likud to hold membership

The Likud Central Committee decided on Tuesday night to hold a four-month membership drive, which Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu hopes will dilute the power of Likud activist Moshe Feiglin and other Rightist members of the party. The committee set September 20, 2011 as the date for the next election to the central committee, at Netanyahu's request and to the dismay of the Rightists in the party.
