Labor Party leadership candidate Erel Margalit demanded on Tuesday that the upcoming primary be delayed, because the list of party members eligible to vote has yet to be published.

If the Labor Party’s administration does not accept his request, Margalit plans to appeal to the courts.

“We’re talking about the democratic pillars of this party,” he said. “If they’re unstable, how can Labor ever expect to lead this nation again?”
