Mortar shell shot from Syria lands in Golan

A second mortar shell in 24 hours fired from Syria landed in the Israeli Golan Heights on Thursday afternoon, Israel Radio reported.

The mortar landed in an orchard of Kibbutz Elrom. No one was injured.

Another mortar landed in the Golan Heights overnight Wednesday. No injuries were reported then, either.
