Nazi war criminal escapes extradition to Netherlands

Nazi war criminal Klaas Carel Faber avoided extradition from Germany to the Netherlands on Wednesday, AP reported.

Faber was convicted in 1947 by Netherlands for complicity in 22 murders and aiding Netherlands' Nazi occupiers. He was given a death sentence that was commuted to life in prison.
