A two-day-old baby girl was found abandoned in the entrance to a residential home in Jerusalem, Magen David Adom said on Saturday.
The baby was checked by paramedics who found her to be in stable condition, and she was brought to the Hadassah hospital.
At the time that the baby was found, the umbilical chord was still attached to her body.
There was also a note found next to the baby written in Arabic that read, "This is my baby Osana, take care of her," police said.
Further details about the mother or the baby were unavailable.
