OSLO - Norway's Prime Minister Jens Stoltenberg said on Wednesday that Norway would not be intimidated by Friday's bombing and shooting attack, calling it a "national tragedy."

"We will not be intimidated or threatened by these attacks," he told a news conference.

He said that the violence would be met by more openness and democracy.
