President Barack Obama is taking his message to young people in a town hall meeting Thursday, that will be broadcast on MTV.

The president will appear before about 250 young people with a cross-section of backgrounds and political views. He'll answer questions from those in the audience and from viewers submitting questions on Twitter.

An Associated Press-mtvU poll found college students cooling in their support for Obama.

The town hall will air on BET, CMT and MTV.
