PMO denies Netanyahu holding talks to widen coalition

The Prime Minister's Office on Thursday evening released a statement saying that Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu is not conducting negotiations or discussion about Kadima joining the coalition.

The PMO released the statement in reaction to a Channel 2 report suggesting that the fact that Netanyahu had requested a second meeting with Opposition Leader Tzipi Livni (Kadima) was a sign that a national union government was on its way.
