Peres: Price tag attacks go against tenets of Judaism

October 2, 2012 13:23

President Shimon Peres condemned the apparent "price tag" attack carried out by unknown assailants who wrote anti-Christian graffiti on the Dormition Abbey church on Jerusalem's Mount Zion on Tuesday.

"It is forbidden that we should have price tag activities among us, we are a people of belief and good deeds. Price tag activities are in opposition to the Jewish religion and strike a great blow to Israel," the president stated.
