Petah Tikva resident arrested for breaking into synagogues

A 20-year-old Petah Tikva resident was arrested overnight Sunday on suspicion of breaking into synagogues last week and causing damage to property.

Police say the suspect has admitted to perpetuating the vandalism.

He will be brought to the Petah Tikva Magistrate's Court on Monday for an extension in his remand.
