A man with multiple paedophilia convictions was arrested on Tuesday on suspicion of violating the terms of his house arrest, after police found child pornography on his computer during a raid.

Oren Korido, of Haifa, was arrested last month for violating his house arrest after he was seen walking around the Hadar neighborhood of his city, police said.

Korido was recently arrested in November after a Channel 1 TV show sent an undercover investigator to communicate with him on Facebook and recorded him attempting to arrange sexual encounters online.

Korido's brother, Shlomi, has also been convicted in the past of paedophilia offenses.
