Two Jewish teenagers, ages 14 and 16, were arrested Sunday night for allegedly vandalizing 10 cars in the east Jerusalem neighborhood of Shimon HaTzadik, police said.
According to Police spokesman Micky Rosenfeld, the teens used screwdrivers to shatter the cars’ windows and scratch their exteriors.
They were arrested shortly thereafter by undercover units patrolling the area, he said. Rosenfeld said police are investigating whether the vandalism was nationalistically motivated.
