A 27-year-old Herzliya resident was arrested overnight Tuesday on suspicion that he withdrew hundreds of shekels from an ATM in Ra'anana using a fake credit card. The man was arrested after police received a report from the credit card company regarding an out-of-the ordinary charge. Initially the suspect tried to avoid arrest by running away, but he was quickly caught by police.
