Rare daytime NATO air strike rocks Tripoli

TRIPOLI - A NATO air strike shook the Libyan capital Tripoli in a rare daytime attack on Saturday.

A Reuters correspondent in the city reported hearing "one big boom" at about 0800 GMT. "It came from the air. It was either a bomb or a missile," he said.

No further details were immediately available.
