Relatives of the fallen can skip work, be compensated

A bill recently passed in the Knesset will enables relatives of fallen soldiers to partake in Remembrance Day activities and be monetarily compensated by their employers.

Parents, spouses, siblings and children of the fallen will be able to take off work in order to commemorate their loss on Remembrance Day.
