Report: 5 Lebanese spy suspects flee the country

A Lebanese reservist army officer who is suspected of spying for Israel has fled Lebanon and is currently in Frankfurt, according to a report by Lebanese newspaper "Al Diyar."

The officer is suspected of aiding Israel in conjunction with employees at Alfa, the state-owned mobile telecom company.

Four technicians from the company have also fled from Lebanon, the newspaper reported.
