A company in Dubai has been buying components for the Iranian nuclear program and then transferring them to Iran for use in the Nantanz enrichment facility, according to a British newspaper report.

The Sunday Telegraph said that the control systems were bought from a German company, using false Asian end-user certificates, and then transferred to Iran.
