Communication Minister Moshe Kahlon decided not to run for Knesset in the upcoming 2013 election, Channel 2's Amit Segal reported in a Tweet on Saturday.

Last month, Kahlon announced that he is taking a break from the Likud party and that he will not run in the upcoming election. This past week, the minister considered running with a new independent party. According to Segal, however, he has decided not to run with either Likud or a new party.
