Report: Mofaz asked Palestinians for meeting with Abbas

Vice Premier Shaul Mofaz asked the Palestinians for a meeting with Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas, Israel Radio reported on Thursday, citing a senior Palestinian official.

Israel Radio quoted the Palestinian official as saying it had not yet been determined if Abbas will be able to meet with Mofaz next week.



According to the report, the potential meeting would take place in the Jordanian capital of Amman.
